{"id":1291,"date":"2012-04-19T18:01:55","date_gmt":"2012-04-20T01:01:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/libernetics.com\/?p=1291"},"modified":"2012-04-19T18:16:09","modified_gmt":"2012-04-20T01:16:09","slug":"crossfit-permission-to-succeed-requires-permission-to-fail","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/libernetics.com\/?p=1291","title":{"rendered":"Crossfit: permission to succeed requires permission to fail"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The other day at CrossFit East Sacramento we had difficult warm up and WOD. \u00a0 The warm up included the usual\u00a0stretches, plus 5x 200m runs broken up by various drills (inch worm, high kicks, Sampson, etc.) \u00a0I timed my 200m runs just to see my run rate; I went 40, 42, 54, didn&#8217;t time one and ended up with a 43 for the final run. \u00a0My goal would be to run a sub 7 minute mile, so I&#8217;m getting there. Then 10 pullups, 10 push ups and 15 ghd situps. \u00a0Next we did 10 50m sled pushes with 90#. \u00a0We did one push up to the 50m cone, our partner pushed back while the other person walked back. \u00a0Then back again.
