{"id":1158,"date":"2012-04-12T11:37:30","date_gmt":"2012-04-12T18:37:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/libernetics.com\/?p=1158"},"modified":"2012-04-12T12:04:04","modified_gmt":"2012-04-12T19:04:04","slug":"crossfit-more-fear-and-loathing-well-jealously-anyway","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/libernetics.com\/?p=1158","title":{"rendered":"Crossfit: more fear and loathing (well, jealously anyway)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>So today we had 10 1 minute 200m sprints with max double-unders for the remaining time. \u00a0It takes me about 45 \u00a0seconds to run 200m, so I had\u00a0precious\u00a0little time to get to the rope. \u00a0My best effort was 3, and I had a few zeros. \u00a0My total was 14. \u00a0When I got to the board, I noticed someone had 81. \u00a0I thought oh good\u00a0grief\u00a0where do these people come from! \u00a0Get outta here! \u00a0The\u00a0humiliation\u00a0never stops.<\/p>\n<p>But I figured that if I did 8 double-unders per round I&#8217;d have 81 too. \u00a0I&#8217;m not that good at double-unders (Chris Spealler of\u00a0CrossFit Park City demonstrates in the video). So if I improve my running time to 35 seconds, get set up properly, I might be able to do 80.
